2025 US Nationals Wrap Up

Hackettstown, NJ - From September 27th - September 28th The 2025 U.S. Fistball Nationals brought together the nation’s top clubs for a weekend of competition and community in Hackettstown, New Jersey. Hosted alongside the town’s annual Oktoberfest, the event highlighted the growth of fistball in the United States and the rising level of play across both divisions.

The men’s tournament featured five teams battling through a competitive group stage before advancing to the semifinals and finals.

Group Stage Results

• Wisconsin Fistball Association (WFA) – 4–0

• South Jersey FC – 3–1

• Phoenix Sports Club – 2–2

• Ice Boys – 1–3

• Swim and Sport Club (SSC) – 0–4

WFA entered the knockout round undefeated, while South Jersey FC followed closely behind, eager for another shot at the top seed.

Championship

In a thrilling rematch of their group stage clash, South Jersey FC defeated Wisconsin Fistball Association 3–1 to capture the 2025 U.S. Men’s National Championship. South Jersey’s composure, depth, and balanced attack led them to victory and solidified their place among the nation’s elite.

In the women’s competition, South Jersey FC continued their dominance, claiming their second straight Women’s National Title after a strong weekend of play. Pink Power, a combination of athletes from the Swim and Sport Club and Phoenix FC finished second.

With their championship victories, both South Jersey FC’s men’s and women’s teams have officially qualified for the 2026 Pan American Club Championships, where they will represent the United States against the top clubs from across the Americas next fall.

The 2025 Nationals underscored the competitive growth of U.S. Fistball — from consistent livestreaming and regional rivalries to greater parity across clubs. As the sport continues to expand nationwide, paired with the Hackettstown Oktoberfest the event has been the most successful National Championship to date.
