The USFA sent its Men's national team to the 2023 Men's World Championship in Mannheim, Germany, where they won the President's Cup and took 9th place.

Prior to the MWC, the team placed 8th in the 2022 World Games in Birmingham, AL and took 3rd in the 2022 Pan-American Fistball Championship.

The next big event for the team will take place at the Pan-American Championship in November 2024 in Argentina, where they will look to qualify for the 2025 World Games in Chengdu, China.
